Wednesday, January 17th - Play Date @ Hub City Railroad Museum The museum showcases the important railroad history of this Hub City of the upstate -Spartanburg, SC. The history of the area from summertime peaches, to textile mills, to the railroad car shops is woven together with the history of Spartanburg. Admission is free, but donations are gladly accepted. Depending on the weather, we may go to Barnet Park afterwards for a picnic lunch.
Thursday, January 25th – Moms’ Night Out @ Koinophobic You’re invited to a night of fun. This will be a private shopping event at the Koinophobic Boutique in Simpsonville. Come out for some food, fun, and games. Stay to shop for some new clothes for the New Year.
Tuesday, February 13th – Play Date @ Runway Park Come out to Runway Park for the kids to put together a simple Valentine’s Day craft. It will be making a craft out of pencils and pipe cleaners. If your kids don’t want to do a craft, just come out to play and watch the airplanes.
Saturday, February 24th – Moms and Dads’ Night Out – Murder Mystery Night Come sail away on a cruise ship of fun....until the fun stops when someone is murdered. This is a night for both moms and dads. You are also welcome to come alone. Admission is $10 per person and it will also be a finger food potluck meal. Mocktails will be provided. Please email Melissa at firstname.lastname@example.org by February 10 th in order to be assigned your part in the mystery.
Thursday, March 15th – Moms’ Night Out @ Local Cue Come out and play some card games, board games, pool, foosball, darts, shuffleboard, ping-pong or cornhole. There is also food and drinks available. This is great way to see who brings out their competitive side. Please bring your ID as this venue is only for 21 and up.
Thursday, March 29th – Easter Egg Hunt @ Gary L. Pittman Park Please bring a dozen filled eggs to the park. We will scatter them and then help the little ones to find them. Please just take the amount that you bring. Afterwards, there is a small playground they can climb on or run around the fields.
Wednesday, April 11th – Moms’ Night Out in Downtown Greenville We will find some things scattered along Main Street starting at the Hyatt hotel, and then go out for appetizers and drinks at Ink N Ivy. The prize will be a gift certificate to Mast General Store.
Wednesday, April 25th – Play Date @ Herdklotz Park Come out to this park with an area for small children. There is also a walking track and plenty of things to keep the kids busy for a little while. The weather should be warm and it will be time to take the kids outside to burn off some of their energy.
Saturday, May 12th – Moms’ Day Out – Self Defense Class @ No Limits Martial Arts This is a free class for women to learn basic self-defense. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot soon. Please call or text Melissa at 864-593- 8417 to sign up for this class. We can also focus on specific things that are requested.
Tuesday, May 15th –Play Date - Farm Tour @ Greenbrier Farms This farm tour takes around 1.5 hrs where we tour their event barn facility, greenhouses and garden and livestock production. The cost is $7 per person, including parents and children. Those 2 and under are free.
